Shipping Policy:
Automated orders are shipped ONLY to the customer billing address as verified by the customer’s credit card provider.
If you wish to have your order shipped to an address other than your credit card billing address you must call MrMikes.com and speak with a sales representative to place your order.

Orders inside the United States are shipped using United Parcel Service (UPS) or the US Postal Service (USPS) depending on the size and weight of the product.
Orders outside the United States are shipped using the US Postal Service (USPS).

Insurance and tracking number are provided to the customer upon shipment with most products. Contact MrMikes.com to determine if the product you requested does not include insurance and/or tracking number.
 

Return Policy:
If upon arrival you are not completely delighted and wish to return the product:
1. Contact MrMike to discuss the issue.
2. You will be instructed on how and where to return the product.
3. Upon arrival at MrMikes a full refund less shipping costs and 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase.
4. If payment was made with a US Postal Money Order, a US Postal Money Order will be sent via registered mail to the original shipping address.
 

Be advised that changes in design, marketing, suppliers, or other may mean the product you receive may differ slightly from the pictures shown on mrmikes.com.
