Front Seat Cables. |

1. After removing the side plastic covers, you will see the cable end. (Shown here by the red arrow) |

2. The factory added a Zip-Tie to hold the cable end in place. (cable end shown here with a red * for reference) |

3. Push the Zip-Tie off of the cable end holder with a flat-blade screwdriver. |
|
4. Push up on the cable end to disengage the cable from the holder. |
|
5. Lift the cable end up to release the cable from the recliner mechanism. Slide the 'ball' of the cable up & out of it's holder. |
|
6. Push the recliner mechanism cable through the cushion pan. (Cutting the original upholstery a bit helps as the holes in the upholstery does not align with the holes in the steel pan) When re-assembling it's OK to leave the cable under the pan. |
